I am Victor Colon and at 17 years old and 3 headphones later, the Beats Power Beats Pro, Air Pods and Air Pod Pros, along with 50,000 minutes of music being listened to my search for the best has finally come to an end with the appearance of the Bose QC45.

What are the redeeming factors of the Boce QC45?

The Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones are some of the best headphones in the market. The Bose QC45 feature a seemingly undying battery life at 22 hours start to finish when fully charged through the USB-C port, which is the future of cables with even the latest iPhone, PlayStation and Xbox controllers all having a switch over to USB-C charging. An equalizer that allows you to tune bass, treble and vocals freely to however desired. Noise suppression to the point that it feels like it is only you and the music not allowing any other outside sound, and an aware mode that keeps the same great audio quality while still allowing any outside chatter to be heard clearly as though you didn’t have them on in the first place. You may notice the power button allowing to get pressed passed the on mode where you will discover you can easily change between devices that have previously been connected to the headphones and are also removable through the app.

What are the drawbacks?

As great as this product is it still does come with a few drawbacks. At $330 the Bose QC45 are on the pricier side when compared to other headphones. The before mentioned equalizer is only available through the downloadable Bose app. That is not all however as when compared to the Apple Air Pods with a slim and slick easy carrying cases the Bose QC45 do not bring that to the table, instead it brings bulky and thick carrying case which can make it inconvenient to travel with the headphones having most likely to put it in your bag as opposed to sliding it into your pocket.

So why should you purchase these headphones?

However even with all of that I still heavily recommend the Bose QC45 to anybody who uses headphones to begin with. Although the equalizer is only accessible through the 215MB app it still allows from an unbeatable bass to get you through a workout, or vocal volume that makes you feel like you were in the studio for a late-night listening session. All without once breaking the impeccable audio quality and comfort provided. The comfort combined with the noise suppression can create a feeling of being in your own world to not be disturbed by others whether you are trying to work or just relax.
